  • Yes, we do provide artwork proofs for larger quantity orders. Our typical order minimum for a proof is $250. This ensures we can offer the highest quality and attention to detail for each project.

  • Our average turnaround time is 5–7 business days. However, during peak seasons, order volumes may extend production times up to 14 days. We’ll always provide an estimated turnaround at the time of your order to ensure clear expectations.

  • Yes, we’re happy to handle all packaging and shipping directly to your clients, providing a seamless and professional gifting experience from start to finish.

  • We’re happy to review items to determine if they are suitable for engraving or printing. Since every item is different, we assess each one individually and will provide guidance based on material, size, and overall compatibility.

  • While we prefer to receive pre-made, high-resolution designs, we’re happy to create a custom design for your project. A $65 design fee applies for this service, and we’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
